JUNIOR KARATE
Junior Karate
7 – 12 Years Old
Valuable Social and Life Lessons
The early years of primary education are some of the most formative years of a child’s development, bringing forth both physical and mental change to the individual. While some children are fully prepared to embrace the changes; for others it can be an extremely daunting and have anxious thoughts to leave their comfort zone to enter a classroom where focus and discipline is necessary. Karate will also develop reflexes, coordination, martial arts skills and keep children fit and healthy. Training will enhance discipline, self-confidence and anti-bullying techniques. For students with a competitive spirit, they can hone their techniques in preparation to showcase their talents at local, state and national tournaments. |

Children are not allowed to spar until they get to yellow belt level and have trained for a minimum of 6 months.
